Magento 1.9 版本，安装问题

首先，你的样式就没有加载正确，所以判断你的css和js不能正常访问，所以导致的Continue不能点击。
不知道你用的什么webserver，所以建议你先参考Magento提供给apache的.htaccess。
如果你是用的nginx，请参考:

magento1.9.32 安装404
